The Queer Self-Compassion Process Group
march 15 - april 26, 2025
Enrolling now
How do we build community when so many of us have been harmed by each other?
The answer is annoyingly simple: cultivate self-acceptance so we learn how to repair ruptures. Building on our own sense of self will give us the capacity to connect with each other at a time when our communities may feel fractured.
When we learn self-acceptance, we can radically welcome each other into our lives and truly feel connected.
Join this six week transformative, therapeutic group experience intended to help people reconnect with their inner worth by forging authentic, compassionate relationships with themselves and others.
Participants will learn essential self-compassion skills, practice self-acceptance and vulnerability, and process topics such as the origins of shame, perfectionism, and self-doubt. We will learn how to protect ourselves against the internalized oppression that causes us to turn on ourselves.
Who is this group for?
Anyone who feels alone, inadequate, or has difficulty understanding their own value. If you’ve been on a self-acceptance journey and have hit a wall with the internet videos and self-help books, it may be time to try practicing in person.
People who want to learn how to embrace and accept the person they are.
People who want to improve their relational skills and have questioned whether they are the problem.
This is a queer and trans inclusive group.
